(HealthDay News) -- Hearing loss can affect people of any age, not just seniors.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says you may have a hearing loss if:

  • You play the television louder than most others deem comfortable.
  • You have difficulty hearing conversation in a noisy environment.
  • You tend not to hear high-pitched sounds, such as a doorbell, alarm clock or telephone.
